ASSEMBLING THE KNOT
Fold both ends in half, with the right side facing inward.
Place the halves inside each other so that all folds are the same length.
Hold it together like a sandwich. Make sure that all edges are visible next to each other and that they are the same length.
Begin sewing by going through the first outermost stitch and taking all the other layers behind it.
Repeat from the other side through the next stitch. Note that each layer is taken along in each stitch and not passed over.
Fasten the yarn on the inside and turn the seam inside out.
